Why choose poured concrete in Cannes?
Choosing poured concrete in Cannes means opting for a seamless finish that visually enlarges rooms and enhances the coastal light. Resistant to moisture when correctly sealed, it is ideal for bathrooms, walk-in showers and kitchens. Its low thickness of 2 to 3 millimetres allows for renovation without demolition: it can be applied directly onto existing tiles, a screed, a staircase or an old worktop, without raising floor levels.
It is also a sustainable choice. Protected by a sealant suitable for wet rooms and high-traffic areas, poured concrete resists stains, scratches and daily wear and tear. Maintenance is limited to mild soap, without harsh products. In terms of style, a wide colour chart of mineral shades allows you to match your floor or walls to the spirit of your interior, from the most contemporary to the most Mediterranean.
How is your polished concrete project going?
Every project starts with an on-site visit to inspect the substrate, the site constraints and your preferences for colours and finishes. Next comes the preparation: cleaning, self-levelling if necessary and the application of a bonding primer. The polished concrete is applied in two thin coats, sanded, and then protected with a pore-filler and a finishing varnish. You should generally allow three to five days of work for a floor, including drying time.
The price of poured concrete in Cannes depends on the surface area to be covered, the condition of the substrate and the chosen finish. Following the visit, we provide you with a detailed, free quote with no hidden surprises. We also advise you on the colour and finish best suited to your room.
We operate in all areas of the city of Cannes — la Croisette, Le Suquet, La Californie, Palm Beach — as well as in Le Cannet, Mougins, Mandelieu-la-Napoule and throughout the Cannes area.
