What budget should be allocated for polished concrete in the Var?
The price depends on the medium, the surface area and the chosen finish. As a guide, including supply and installation:
- Polished concrete floor (on screed or tiles): €120 to €180 / m²
- Complete walk-in shower in polished concrete: upon quotation, depending on dimensions and waterproofing
- Worktop or vanity top: quotation upon request, according to dimensions

Yes, that is one of the major advantages of poured concrete in renovation: it can be applied directly over sound tiling without removal, which avoids rubble and demolition. The joints are filled beforehand to obtain a perfectly smooth and continuous surface.
